The Health and Wellbeing Programme is devised to suit the specific needs of staff, in line with the organisation’s objectives. Via group and individual work, staff are assisted by the Health Trainer to explore the many factors which may impact on their health. They are supported in devising a Personal Health Plan whereby they will have set personal goals relevant to their lifestyle. These goals are later reviewed with the Health Trainer and reset to ensure the momentum gained from adopting a healthier lifestyle is sustained.

She has extensive experience of working with teams and individuals, helping motivate them to achieve their potential.
